I just can't keep it to myself. The butter and brown sugar certainly jacks up the calorie count, but dang, it's good! I went with the crushed pineapple and smeared it all over them.

Pineapple porkchops...
Line a baking pan in foil... notice a theme? I hate washing the darn things. Spray with pam.
Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper to taste. (Better to UNDER season than over season) you can always add salt and pepper later... but hard to take it back.
In a small saucepan, melt butter, one stick, add 1/4 cup brown sugar, and stir over low heat until the brown sugar melts. Pour over the pork chops. Add crushed or chopped pineapple, then cover with foil, bake at 400 for about 45 minutes.
