Here's a shot of our home taken from my shop. It's about ten degrees and windy.
I have several cameras that surveil the property.

35 this morning, haven’t seen the forecast yet but we are supposed to begin our warm up today. High maybe around 50, sure hope so.

My wife is having her second cataract surgery today so that’s the main event. 11:30 check in time so that fractures the day as far as accomplishing anything else. Other than bopping over to Idaho for some cheaper gas. :D

35 at 9:40AM under beautiful Carolina Blue Sky .... they are calling for a high today of 50 followed by an overnight low of 28 ..... our area dodged some pretty strong bullets from the major storm that raged all around us yesterday .... don't know how much but we did have a substantial, badly needed, amount of rain .... our temp has most certainly dropped with the passing of the storm front .... first up this morning was to take our 10 year old son to "track out camp" .... at some point today we need to haul trash and make a run to Walmart for meds and groceries

It is very peaceful except for the Turkeys, Deer, Squirrels, Waterfowl, and an occasional bear.
Sometimes in the Summer we sleep with the windows open and at dawn the birds are deafening.
The biggest problem is the new fawns always roam around our yard eating my wife's Hosta's.
