49 this morning, first overnight temp in the 40’s since late spring. Took the dogs out and I could see my breath. As the Stark family in Game of Thrones say….Winter’s Coming.

Beautiful blue sky so we will warm up to maybe the low 80’s. Warming all weekend to highs in the lower 90’s by Monday. We’re heading up to the lake Monday and expect temps in the low 90’s for a couple of days then low to mid 80’s the rest of the week. Should be very nice weather.

It started raining about three hours ago and hasn’t let up. My dusk to dawn lights are still on.

we awoke to a beautiful morning in the neighborhood .... haven't been able to say that for a while .......... 68 at 8AM under a beautiful, clear, Carolina Blue Sky .... predicted high 84 followed by an overnight low of 68 .... NO RAIN TODAY .... thunderstorms predicted to return tomorrow afternoon and evening .... our son stores his boat in a shed at our place, he's already picked it up and is headed for a local lake .... Maureen and our daughter on their way for some morning shopping .... I have no plans to leave the Ponderosa today .... rather have several John Wayne westerns ready to watch
