The mower was delivered today and I mowed about five acres in four hours. This picture shows the slope I have to cut. The Simplicity didn’t like the slope but the Kubota feels at home.

Nice, but that tilt looks iffy.

It’s a specialty mower made for slopes. If I can hang on the tractor isn’t tipping over. With the Simplicity I had to hang over the side as counter weight. This tractor is 1,800 pounds and has a low center of balance. It can take a 45 percent grade and not tip. The problem is not sliding down sideways. It has hybred tires that are part ag and part turf.

That's a nice machine Gene. The seat looks very comfortable.
I have slopes all over at my place. It takes a while to get comfortable with them and figure which way you want to mow it.

Careful, I see two tractors in the same picture.......................................

I want to take a picture down by the main road with the Allis Chalmers in the background. I have the Branson and Simplicity and now the Kubota. But I also have a twin blade push mower for around tight places.

The Kubota feels rock solid on the slopes and yes the seat is very comfortable even at a tilt. I keep the roll bar up and even wear the seat belt. It’s quiet enough but I still wear ear plugs and I wear safety goggles. The only thing I forgot was the sun protection.

That looks like a tough machine and I like the hybrid tire idea. That low center of gravity is wonderful. Lawn looks great too.

Looks like a solid machine, and you must have some mulching blades on, cause I can't see any clippings, NICE!

I have a few clippings that disappear after a day.
