Here’s my Weber Q1000 grill with the griddle on one side. I could put a griddle on the other side for more area but Weber recommends not doing so as the heat will build up without a grate to let some escape.

over time we've seen many of them in use by folks as we were traveling in our camper .... I don't ever recall hearing any negative comments

I like the looks of your new grill Jim. I don't think it would work for me as I want something for the deck outdoors.

all too well understood .... our Ninja grill sits outside on our deck or by the camper when we are in South Dakota, under its waterproof cover .... I actually have 2 covers .... one for just the grill and one covers both the grill and the cart it sits on .... that way its ready to go when needed .... my plan is to do the same with the new griddle

yep, its snowing outside and the weather isn't supposed to get better until Friday or Saturday ..

.. what better time to put our new E-Griddle to work ..

.. right now we are planning to cook some thick pork chops and bake potatoes tonight .... tomorrow nigh Hawaiian burgers and hash browns .... looking forward to both

I did burger patties on mine a couple of nights ago, should have taken a pic. Nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I didn’t smash them but made thin patties to start and it worked great.
