I like the see thru top on your Blackstone, nice to see the food if you decide to griddle with the top down.

Here’s my Weber Q1000 grill with the griddle on one side. I could put a griddle on the other side for more area but Weber recommends not doing so as the heat will build up without a grate to let some escape.

over time we've seen many of them in use by folks as we were traveling in our camper .... I don't ever recall hearing any negative comments

I like the looks of your new grill Jim. I don't think it would work for me as I want something for the deck outdoors.

I put one in the cart. We'll see if it passes the wife test.

all too well understood .... our Ninja grill sits outside on our deck or by the camper when we are in South Dakota, under its waterproof cover .... I actually have 2 covers .... one for just the grill and one covers both the grill and the cart it sits on .... that way its ready to go when needed .... my plan is to do the same with the new griddle

just finished our first meal cooked entirely on our new griddle .... first and second pictures show the veggies .... last couple show the sirloin .... learned a bunch, for one thing, too many veggies .... while I did cook on a griddle while working my way through college, fixing a regular meal was outside my wheelhouse .... I was a short order cook, burgers and other hot sandwiches .... in addition, fried/scrambled eggs along with bacon/sausage for breakfast

I did burger patties on mine a couple of nights ago, should have taken a pic. Nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I didn’t smash them but made thin patties to start and it worked great.
