40 and raining. Rained all night I believe and at times hard enough that it woke me due to it pounding on the roof. It’s supposed to stop this morning so maybe I’ll get outside and do something. It’s sure been a wet week but we need it so I’m not complaining. Next week is supposed to be dry and more normal temps with lows in the 20’s and highs in the 30’s to 40.

Have you had much snow yet Mike? We’ve had a couple of inches here twice, but it’s gone away pretty quickly. I’ve been hunting whitetail up high (with my .44 BBSC) and there has been quite a bit of snow above 3,000 ft. It’s warmed up quite a bit the past couple of days though, so rain has been pounding us too.

Pretty much the same here, two snowfalls about 1-2” that melted fast. Haven’t been up in the mountains but all the local ski resorts expect Mt. Spokane are open. Nice that’s it’s piling up in the mountains already.

35 this morning with 40 or so for the high. Cloudy but the rain has stopped. We have had a good soaking for several days, thanks Ma nature. Cool to cold this week with a few showers around the area.

so they had to renumber it. Then all the charts had to be changed all over the country as it changed.

They're just doomsday predicters.

The line of declination here is still zero. In Washington it was 17 to 20 east depending on where you were in the state.

33, drizzly, foggy, darkish. Not exactly a bright beautiful morning. Heard on the news this morning we have had the most November rain since 2017 at a little bit over 4”. That’s a lot of rain for us. We entered November over 4” short of normal rainfall and now we are nearly caught up. Awesome!

We may get a nice dry break thru the mid day and by Thanksgiving we expect to be dry and maybe sunny. My grandson texted me yesterday asking about snow for their visit and I had to tell him not here at home but in the mountains for sure. They may go skiing but doubtful as their visit is short.

Brrrrrr Coop. I guess you mild fall has ended. Saw a shot on the news of Minnesota (didn’t catch the city) and it was snow covered.

Here it’s 36 and the rain has finally stopped. Maybe a light shower but otherwise we are on a path to clear and cold and could see lows in the upper teens by the weekend.

Family arriving tonight from California and my stepson just called to say he wants to go shooting tomorrow and wants my grandson to shoot. 18 years old and this will be his first time shooting, his mom is pretty anti gun. This could be the beginning of a change of heart for her????? Sure hope so.

Thanks. Yesterday evening we were on the way to the oldest daughter's house for an early Thanksgiving dinner. As we were passing the state park, which is about 3.5-4 miles from us. A big ole boy crossed the road right in front of us. Couldn't get a good look as it was dark, but had to be 8 to 10 point. Never seen anything like it near me.

I did see it yesterday as we were in Fredericksburg for lunch and a walk by all of the shops. We leave here Sunday for the gulf

33 and overcast here in the Inland Northwest. Our California family arrived last night and had no travel problems. Nice to have a direct flight between Spokane and LA. We will see what the day brings but there was a thought about hitting the indoor shooting range in Spokane. Hope so! Later on we are going to our son/stepson’s high school friends for dinner. Great folks that we really enjoy.

Snowing here: low of 15 and a high of 26; currently 19. Getting ready for travel tomorrow and today no school today so couple of grandkids and I gonna get a tree and put it up. They’ll help me put the train around the tree and finish the Christmas town. Everybody have a great day and a happy Thanksgiving!

Al, it would take a day to see it all. We visit battlefields and museum wherever we go and this is one of the very best.
Admiral Nimitz was raised in the old hotel that makes up the front. His Grandparents owned it at the time.
I highly recommend it.

Oh, and BTW, I highly recommend "Cooper's BBQ" also in Fredericksburg as well. They now have joints in several other cities as well.
