I moved that coffee can full of primed 223 brass from the floor to the bench, does that count?

Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
I have tried my hand at reloading 9mm.
100 rounds of 147grn poly coated lead round nose,
100 rounds of 147 grain poly coated truncated cone.
100 rounds of 115grain hornaday hap.
I'm having issues dialing in the overal length to an acceptable variance. The 115grn was the worst of the lot.
Chrono speeds of all 3 are right where they should be. Which is nice. The 147's functioned in my usp expert and sig mpx.
I readjusted the second set of 9mm dies to better expand the case mouth for the 115grain and had much better results.
Part of my issue is i think the minimum overall length is wonky in lee's reloading book.
I am using 6.0 grains of 3n37, and the hornaday hap. They want the case length to be 1.142
But, if you bump it up to 124 grain hap, Vihta vouri want it to be 1.102 over 4.7 grains.
1.142 just isnt allowing the hap bullets to seat as consistently as i would like.
I think much of it is my lack of experience, so i am fiddling with all 4 dies to get everything narrowed down.
Lots of practice dummy rounds that i have pulled a part.
I also sized and de-primed all my 45colt cases along with setting up my dies for 45 acp.
I think a few rounds of 45 acp are next. I have a crap ton of small primer brass that i can use.
Edit, oh and my bench was bumped from January ship date until February. That bleepin sucks.

Hey I loaded 5 rounds of 223 with a dose of LVR with a 62 gr sp.
Went out on the deck and tried them at the 50 yd berm behind the house.
With little effort I had 3 touching and the other two close.
So I came back in and loaded 50. I'll try 'em at some distance when I get a little.
