Anyone have one of the new big loop lever short carbines? What do you think of it?

I have one in .357mag and love it. To me the shorter barrel give it better balance than the full size.

Wow that looks good. What's the distance you get with it? Pretty accurate to 100 yds? More?

I bought it this winter and haven't shot it yet. It won't be shooting 100 yards, I can't walk that far to put up a target. Looking forward to some short range plinking though.

Congratulations, nice rifle.

Love that carbine length. Like you said, they just seem to balance better for me.

A couple lbs less wouldn't be a bad thing in a scabbard too or for packing around.

That's a neat sling system. Really adds to the aesthetics and looks like it belongs on there.

Sure is a cool carbine though. I can't find a dealer in Canada that has one so far. I'd take a hard look at one.

I have shot mine 100+ yards with amazing accuracy, luckily I have been blessed with eagle eyes and now considering some skinner sights. I was amazed how accurate the gun is from the factory. I have 35 guns in my safe and my friend says he would take it over any gun in my safe after shooting it!
