How do you get to the sink?

Yeah that sink position would be a deal breaker if the seller refused to fix it.
But maybe they reduced the selling price by $100,000 because of it.
I’m thinking it might just be a temporary home for me. I want out of this cesspool they call Seattle.
Cannot blame you one bit...good assessment! Considering recent past. Adios, 🤠

Here is another version of a listing in my last post with a link. It appears that large face of mostly glass flexes in the wind. I caught it in the “information” on this link.

Not enough wood for you in that one and looks like there would be some up keep there one might not care for. Nice view. I wonder why people build homes like this and then want out. Where are these people moving to.

Gene, nice home but a lot to clean and maintain. Do you really want to maintain 8 acres?

That big south wall of mostly glass flexes up to seven inches in high winds. It is not to code. The entire wall needs to be redesigned and replaced.

This may sound strange but I enjoy vacuuming and dusting. Especially in the winter. Land I can mow down it’s out buildings that I don’t want to care for.

So I imagine the guy who has that house is selling it because he doesnt want to spend the money on it to fix the flexing windows. Im sure that would cost a few bucks.

They had an estimate of $27K to fix it. I’m thinking more like $227K. It has major design problems. I think the owner is scared to be in the house during high winds.
