The one home in Fortine has no CCR’s and people can collect as much junk as they want yet they don’t. Granted they are not landscaped and many have farm equipment everywhere and maybe some lumber laying around but no refrigerators or cars that don’t run. Except for one place that has a few dozen cars that haven’t been driven in years. I’m sure there are others but it is not the norm for Fortine.North Country Gal wrote: ↑Sun Aug 08, 2021 11:07 amGene, that's very typical of neighborhoods throughout the West. Zoning laws are much less strict in the west than in other parts of the country.
These are houses in Fortine. They are not expensive yet there is no junk and especially no garbage laying around. The above three houses are across the street from a three classroom grade school which is above average not just for Montana but for the entire nation.
I’m not going to turn my nose up at poor people just for being poor. In other parts of Montana you can see million dollar homes that have junk and garbage everywhere.
