Can we start a handgun and long gun picture threads?

This past week I ordered a bird's head grip frame for a Ruger. It's SS but I still want to try it on the 45 colt Vaquero which is a a case hardened frame. And it may end up on the 44, we'll see.
A before and after pic.
Haven't tried it out just yet but will before the end of the day.

Thanks Mark, just ran a few through it a min. ago.
Bounced one of mama's Monster cans across the back yard.
No problem and that was with the 9.5 Unique load.

I like it, and it shot well and had no problem holding on to it. (she had already left for her grandmothers)
Heck it was 10:00 anyway. I generally wait til 8 unless I go down by the barn.
I may get one for the 44,
