55 only getting up to 61 later today .... awoke to rain and its slated to stick around until 2PM or sometime thereafter .... sausage, eggs, sliced tomato, and Folgers are history .... we are scheduled to donate blood to the Red Cross at Noon .... looks like we have a very good chance of getting wet during the process .... no storm, just rain

The sunshine is pouring into the living room this morning and the temperature is currently 34*. There's a cold front in Western NY and PA that is racing toward CT and will bring T-Storms, wind, and heavy rain early this afternoon. Enjoy your day.

pulled in the yard last night just before 9 PM on the scooter.
Ten minutes later the bottom fell out.

47 degrees under a beautiful Carolina Blue Sky a few hours ago when we awoke .... eggs, bacon, Folgers to start the day .... drove over to a local Supermarket that was having a semi truck full of chicken on sale .... 40 lb box of breast for $40.50 (tax included) .... picked up 2 boxes, 1 for us and 1 for one of our sons .... my wife delivered their box and had a nice but short visit (at a distance) with his family .... I drove our pickup to the local metal fabrication shop where I dropped off the carrier that broke last summer when we were on our way home from South Dakota (picture below) .... with rain moving in on Thursday, I hopefully it will be repaired by tomorrow .... back home, drinking more Folgers, waiting for it to warm up so that I can try out our new portable reloading station

Coffee in my MACV cup this morning with homemade peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

Was thinking of going shooting this morning but it's still a little chilly and no one else apparently is going.
It's supposed to be 70 tomorrow so I guess we'll all go then.
I was going to shoot my Henry 357 mag but that will wait till tomorrow.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant is now doing carry out so we're trying to arrange lunch.
I tried Ceviche when we were in Texas in March and they have that so I may try it here.
I really liked it.

Another bright, sunny morning in CT, though the temperatures are (and will be) chilly. Thirty-three degrees at daybreak and only rising into the mid-forties this afternoon with gusty winds keeping the wind chill temps in the twenties. Brrrr. Enjoy your day.

34° and Sunny this morning. Drinking some dark roast coffee. Looking forward to breakfast, and getting out today to do some shooting. I've got a bunch of .223 and 5.56 brass just waiting to be reloaded. I have to swage the primer pockets though. That's one process I'm not very fond of. I also must start the trimming process as well. Cheers all.

46 when we awoke under a beautifully clear Carolina Blue Sky with a 0% chance of rain .... already up to 51 on its way to 69 later today .... rain supposed to be moving in tomorrow .... sausage, egg & cheese omelet, and Folgers to start the day .... boiling and vacuum sealing two big bags of collards along with 40 lbs of chicken breast for the freezer are on tap for this morning
