60 here and overcast, no rain. Perfect Halloween style weather! So I made fresh coffee and made up some cornbread for me and the manly man. (No coffee for him).

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Well, the Mayo says it's time to fix the anurism. Spent the day at the Clinic getting a CAT Scan and conferring with the Docs.
The lucky part is I am eligible for the stint system, or aortic by pass. That is much easier than the alternative where they
open you us and repair it that way. With the stint I should be in the hospital overnight. With the surgery method I would be
Hospitalized for at least a week with several months to recover.
I go back in two weeks for the pre surgery physical, then they will set the surgery up.
I thought for a few minutes that they were going to operate today, but then the surgeon said it could wait, but not for long.
In a way I am glad to get this over with because they have been monitoring this for almost twenty years, but they tell me I
will still have to have regular checkups to make sure it holds. The up side is that there is no more danger of the anurism
rupturing unannounced, so I can lift heavy things again.

Great Coop, just don't over do anything. Just went to the Doc today because of a potential ruptured or herniated disc. Probably facing surgery myself rather soon. Wishing you VERY well. We just have to listen and respond to what our bodies are telling us!!
God speed!
