I have a Memphis Grill that uses pellets for fuel. I haven't used a gas grill at home for ages. Get tired of trying to figure out if the bottles can be filled or not and buying those exchange bottles is a nuisance to me. Not to mention there over priced for what you can buy just the gas for.
Don't let the old man in

a Smoke Daddy can be added to most grills .... doing so can turn them into fully functional hot or cold smokers .... we've used the heck out of our small one .... it is well designed and built

.
We don't do the exchange thing either anymore. When we redid the kitchen, we had a propane range put in and a cock for the barbecue. 100 gal tank, fill every 4-5 yrs.
