mark on case...

My bullet sitting die leaves a mark on the 45-70 cases.
he did it on 15 round, before I noticed it :
I found tiny copails of lead in the die

Do you think it's dangerous to shoot them?

Check your die for any debris. If it still chambers fully you should be OK.

Should not affect shooting if round chambers correctly. I would check that die to see what's causing the scraping marks. I would also check your brass. It is unusual but I have come across brass that was not formed correctly. Hard to explain but if you laid the case on its side and rolled it on a table the rim being out of round with the case body would cause it to hop around on the table. Needless to say that brass was scrapped.

Should not cause a problem check your sizing die and make sure cases are lubed when sizing

Yes - are you SURE its happening with your seating die?
Reason is the seating die has more clearance between the case and die wall and should not make tight enough contact to cause this.
If it IS the seating die causing this check the alignment of the die with the shell holder and ensure they are aligning correctly as it appears this mark is due to a possible misalignment as it's location suggests it is happening near the end of the press 'stroke' upon seating.

I'd bet the lead you found in the die is the issue .... after you removed it, did the issue go away .. .. as others have noted, so long as it chambers smoothly, I wouldn't hesitate to fire it and to then reload the casing
