Good news so far: my Cimarron dealer says he will get me an 1885 one way or another; either Cimarron or through Taylor's. I told him my preference is the High Wall in 45 Colt, but will take a Low Wall. I originally ordered the Low Wall because Cimarron only offered it in 45C, but Taylor's offers both so we'll see what he comes back with. Might be a licensing thing with the different importers he says. Either way, he is confident I'll get what I want.

Likely be mid to late summer but that's ok.

Too bad you can't deal with Taylors directly but it does sound promising, wishing you luck.



In the meantime it appears my Yellow Boy has been reapiared and is awaiting inspection. They've had it since early February so I am hoping it will be shipping home soon.
