Should - we have very good water as this particular area I live in is 'waterlogged' - between two rivers and shallow water table but he is going to go 45 feet anyway.
Some areas have groundwater that is actually leeching to the surface and that can be a bad thing - if it continues .....

45 minutes North of me 500-700+ is common.

On the TV floor, 50-100ft is common. In the surrounds hills can be much deeper.

What you are looking at is my new wellhead - and just a few minutes before I took this pic 20 gallons a minute were pumping out of it during the test - with no drawdown!! - heck I held the line !!

What you are looking at is my new wellhead - and just a few minutes before I took this pic 20 gallons a minute were pumping out of it during the test - with no drawdown!! - heck I held the line !!

20 gal per minute should provide you with plenty of water .... will they test the water quality .. .. hopefully your area is blessed with good water

Some of the best in the U.S. with nearly zero minerals and virtually no impurities - at least around here in Central Oregon anyway.
Anode rods in RV water heaters remain nearly 100% intact even after years of submersion in Central Oregon water.
I can usually tell where an RVr has been by the level of destruction on the anode rod - if they have spent any time in Arizona, Nevada or Texas the anode rod is usually eaten away down to the wire!

Typically not too many problems.
Septic systems have been under scrutiny in my area for many years but throughout it water quality remains very good.
Possibly the very dense volcanic sand. cinder and ash that comprises what we have instead of true 'soil' helps a lot.
