My dealer says they are discontinued at Cimarron. Not enough demand.
They have a 44-40 and 45-70 only.
So the hunt is on for 45 Colt. We'll see. Too bad.

Cimarron is checking with the factory in Italy to see what they have. I told them hi wall or low wall, but I want straight stock if I can get it. Fingers crossed should know in a day or so. If they cannot import one, we will get Taylor's to order one I think.

Hey, RR. This thread "ended" on April 30th. Did you pick it up somewhere else and finish it out there? I've always liked the looks of tang sights, and just wondering about your final results....

Taylors has sights so I ordered one on the rifle. Marbles I think, can't recall. But its a flip up tang.
