Yea I really liked the Dixie Chicks but they got 'blacklisted' by the country music establishment for their 'opinions' on certain things they should have kept their mouths shut over.

Kind of hard to figure out what happened to them lately. No tour. Talk of a new album, but that was over a year ago. I liked them.

Without getting into politics, it's the same reason I won't listen to their music.

Well you might have to add several other ‘country’ singer names to your ‘do not listen’ list for the same ‘reason’.

Are they still around? They got very outspoken and political and then just seem to go away.
