Keeping in mind that Kyle got spun out on the first lap with some serious damage to the rear of the car. Then his brother said at the end that if he could have caught him he would have wrecked him. He was grinning at the time.

Then Kyle said "That's good to know. Now I know to wreck him", lol.

He also said he was glad that the situation did not arise.

Which to me is a mistake.

We just had the Martinsville race 3 Weeks ago, then Bristol last week, now Richmond this week.

I know that it is better for the teams, but in my strong opinion, it hurts attendance.

All 3 of those Tracks are not that far away from each other. Too much together too soon.

Look at the low attendance last week. Many probably said "Why go? I'll just to to Richmond next week".

Where if they were more spread out, they may have gotten those same people to go to all three.

I didn't jump ahead to check next years schedule yet, but I hope they correct this.

when NASCAR creates a situation where they can't fill Bristol, they need to do some serious soul searching .... in the prerace show Larry McReynolds said that personally he liked the changes to Bristol's race surface but the fans have spoken and they don't .... I believe that was just one of the recent changes that are killing racing

Still don't understand why they make qualifying a race of the whole field. Was much better as single car and 2 laps!
Anyway I only watch if I have nothing else going on at the time.

Man I can remember not long ago, a Bristol race ticket was one of the hardest to get.
Nascar just ain't the same any more.
I do agree that those three races should be a little more spread out.

Good to see Martin win I like him also.
Not really a Toyota fan, but I am a KB fan no matter what he drives.

I learned a long time ago not to worry about car brands.

At home I'm all Chevrolet and would never own any kind of foreign car, but some of my favorite drivers drive Toyota's (I even have trouble spelling it, lol).

But congrats to Martin Truex on a great win.

Denny Hamlin finished in front of Kyle Busch for a change. He must be happy about that. I know it's been hard on him.

Haven't seen a good look at the back stretch stand, but the front stands are pretty full.
Not packed but much better than Bristol or Richmond.
