Thanks, but it does appear that their basic rifle starts at $3250.00.
Yeow, and I think my wallet just screamed a little. LOL
I"ll have to take a closer look at the Chiappa however. But if memory serves I've read a few uncomplimentary things about chiappa previously.

If memory serves I've read a few things about Chiappa Brand not being that good of a quality product. They do tend to sell items at the lower end of the spectrum from what I've seen. So they wouldn't be my first choice unless someone is able to convince me otherwise. But, someone on another forum said Pedersoli actually makes the Sharps and shares them with other Italian gunmakers. So this may actually be a Pedersoli but branded under the Chiappa brand name.

Wife thinks it looks cool and I got the official blessing so it's in the final stages now. Just a few things I want to check out first, things looking good now.

I'm sure she is just now figuring out what her's will be, but it won't be a Sharps nor any other gun. But that too is part of the deal, I get mine and she gets hers.

Getting cold feet and having second thoughts or doubts.
Hate when it happens but generally that’s not a good thing. I did some research and generally speaking I have cold feet due to the strength of the action and the fact I have no intentions to reload. Also even if the action was strong enough the cost of ammo does have me second guessing this decision.
Seriously considering getting back on track with a 22 Bolt Rifle instead.
