I was able to take the Henry’s out to the range recently after being rained out for weeks.

Nice rifles and fine shooting, there. Glad you could get out. Up here, all that rain has come in the form of snow. We've set records for snowfall and that takes some doing, since this is serious snow country.

BTW Deano, I have seen those high vis targets on paper plates on other posts. Are they just round stick-ons? If so, where did you get them. A package of paper plates and those is probably a lot cheaper than the full size high vis targets I've seen. They are not cheap!

I got them at Academy Sports. The 3” round can be perfectly covered with the Henry brass bead at 25 yards and the 6” round covered at 50 yards. That helps me have a consistent point of aim. Otherwise, the brass bead is just too large for aiming accurately. At least for me. It’s also easier to see your hits at distance. It’s getting to the point where I need some binoculars to see my hits, though.

I use paper plates a lot because they are dirt cheap. I’d rather spend my money on ammo than targets.
