Same experience as cooperhawk. Grind away and enjoy!

I have a Kuerig now but I used to grind my own and keep them in the fridge in a sealed jar. I could grind once a week and it tasted just ground all week.

I grind my own coffee because it taste so much better, but I wonder if I could grind up several days worth and retain the taste?

Right now heavy freight train rain coming up from Hawaii. This will likely dump tons of snow further east.

We are have snow dumped on us, 6-10 inches followed with bitter cold tomorrow, and yup more snow. Evening coffee....

The 'pineapple express' from Hawaii moving through now dumped a ton of monsoon like rain last night. Calm and not raining at the moment and downright warm for this time of year. 43. Maybe 53 later.

Current 'pineapple express' path. Leading edge has reached the Dakotas. Eastern Montana getting it hard. Perhaps some strong activity in southern Alberta too.

You know where I am Jim. Update for ya. Been just raining heavily here all day. Temp right now still 50. Stay down there in the Longhorn though! Sunday nite into Monday, we're heading into the deep freeze. Wind chills supposed to get down to the teens and possibly sub zero.

After crossing the Rockies the front is spreading out moving east as well as south. Leading eastern edge is near the SW corner of Minnesota, NW corner of Missouri and the western border of Iowa. The southern stretch is crossing the pan handle areas of Texas and Oklahoma (8PM Pacific time).

Looks like it may spread out down through central Texas while moving east in a broad front across the Mississippi river/valley.

10-4 .... looks like it should pass north of us but it will affect much of the Eastern part of the country

Certainly looks that way.

I've also got my eye on that blob of weather in the central North Pacific. Maybe headed our way in a few days, or part of it. Could be getting torn in two with part headed into Alaska and the other into the PNW.
