Spring has sprung. Get out and shoot your Henry
My daughter killed her first squirrel today!
My daughter killed her first squirrel today!
My daughter is 11 years old and this was our 2nd squirrel hunt in 4 days. She got the only squirrel of the day. I’m so proud of her. One shot, one kill. She used my old Marlin 60 with a 3-9x32 scope set on 4 power. The squirrel was about 30 yards away. She had to prop the rifle on my shoulder because it’s too long and heavy for her to hold up. It’s her first game animal and she’s so excited. I can’t wait to take her hunting again!

Congrats! So glad to see that. I cut my teeth on squirrel hunting with my Grandpa. Wish I could do it again. Cherished memories.
Tell her I'm proud of her. Very pretty girl, too.

I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.
