Pan Fried Venison
I took a pack of venison out a few days ago and had other plans for it but I had to get it cooked up so I just carved it up, threw a quick flour/spice coating together and fried it outside on my BBQs side burner in bacon grease - sometimes simple is the best!

I like it that way too. My step son got a rabbit over the weekend. I cooked it that way too and made a bit of a sauce with it.
Looks delicious.

First time I ever ate Venison, that is how my buddy prepared it. Was delicious!

Re: Pan Fried Venison
I can remember firing up the grill in the yard to cook butterfly steaks as we cut them off the deer as we were butchering it in the garage. That was long, long, ago, but I still remember how good those steaks were to this day.
