Salute to Bush 41 at his passing

Post by PT7 » Sat Dec 01, 2018 1:19 am

Salute

WP reported that we have lost George W.H. Bush, who was the "last veteran of World War II to serve as U.S. President." https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/ob ... bbe77fca2d

May his family be comforted as America remembers his service to our country, and lays him to peaceful rest.

Peacefully

James A. Baker III was with Bush 41 at his passing, and shared how peacefully the former President "slipped away."
“If those things could be sweet,” Mr. Baker said, “it was sweet.”

This is a moving, poignant glance into President G.H.W. Bush's final days.
