Re: Positive thoughts please!
Well after a set back last night I am on over 15 hours of no blood and am passing dry gas - a very good sign!

So Sorry to hear and hope you're on the mend. I've had diverticulitis for years but not diverticulosis. I have to watch what I eat very carefully. No nuts or grains although I do cheat once in a while.

Update - feeling pretty good this morning - got about 7 hours sleep. Its like a 'switch' got flipped and a lot of mental sharpness has returned - probably due to blood levels returning to normal. Please remind me to not 'push' it ! (I won't) but might get out for a short walk today and a do a few little things
