if tonight's xfinity race at 'Dega is any indicator, tomorrow's Sprint Cup Race will resemble 2 lines of interstate traffic moving on down the road

Typical Talladega finish, with a big wreck. Elliott Sadler wins it because he was in the lead by a nose when the caution light came on in the last lap. Chase Elliott has the pole for tomorrow's race. I was there one time and all I remember was that I got suntan lotion in my right eye and that wasn't too pleasant.

I was pulling for Sadler .... he's not been to victory lane for a good while .... it appears that Jr Motor Sports is turning into a top tier operation

Great win for Sadler and Jr both.

I believe that is 2 wins in a row for JR Motorsports.

Did y'all like that race today?

There was sure more than one "big one".

Only about 13 cars had no damage.

Congrats to Brad K for winning it.

Yes, a lot of wrecks, I listened to some of it in the car, on the road today and then saw the last 30 laps or so when I got home. I am glad that Austin Dillon drove Tony Stewart's car so well for him. I am sure that some of those guys will be sore tomorow from the hits that they took. Danica was doubled over at the wall after she got out of her car, she really hit hard. A real testament to the safety features. I was sorry to see Carl Edwards exit so early.

I was watching the race then the power went out and seconds later I heard a big boom. So I didn't get to see the finish.

Well, it's not on regular TV, so I am watching the Live Leaderboard online and listening to it on the radio. Lap 170 now and there are 4 Chevys in the Top 9, but Martin Truex sure is dominating.

When I heard he would not pit that last time, I figured that was a mistake, but it worked.

Congrats to Kyle. Finally won at Kansas.

But what a heart-breaker for Truex. A bolt in-between his hub and wheel ??

Danica Patrick has my respect. When you consider she is only about 98 lbs, soaking wet, it amazes me that she can hang in there for a 500 mile race with other talented male drivers who are in top physical condition.

Danica is also a very skilled driver and really understands road race courses.

I'm a fan of hers but am the first to admit she is just and average driver.
