New Henry owner from Ca.
Greetings,
Bought my first Henry last week and cannot wait to try it out. Been handloading and shooting since 1977. Heading down to the "Reloads" section to ask about .38spl in the Big Boy. Thinking I'll like it here.

Welcome...I’m a newby here myself. I have a BBSC IN .357 and really like it. I have never tried 38 spl ammo in it. The little Henry carbines are addictive; I just bought a BBSC in .41 and it is super nice.

Re: New Henry owner from Ca.
Thanks everyone! From what I've already read on the "Reloading" section, looks like I'll be loading up some .38 loads in .357 cases. For my Ruger Blackhawk, I load 158gr LSWC's over 5.0gr Unique[.38 cases]. This ought to work in .357 cases fine.
Mistered, I'm in Diamond Bar, Ca. Gotta figure out how to put that under avatar. Need to take care of that too.
Geez, I'm gonna be busy today.

Re: New Henry owner from Ca.
I already like it here. Loads of very good info/help regarding the Henry's. And with my eyesight the way it is, may be looking to scope it. I won't hunting with it, Just paper punching and dirt clods and such out in the desert.
BTW, whats that little red heart for in our posts? Thanks

You can click on a heart to indicate that you like a post without actually replying to it. You can also roll your cursor over the number that appears next to a heart (numbers appear after someone has clicked it) and it will provide a popup that tells which members have clicked it.Rifletom wrote:I already like it here...BTW, whats that little red heart for in our posts? Ahh, I see. Thanks CT_Shooter. Also, if I may; I see you are an Administrator. How do I put my location under my avatar[which I need to take care of]? Again, thanks.

In the upper right hand corner, under the forum banner, is your username. Next to it is a down arrow icon. Click it, select your profile, select to edit your profile, and make any changes on that form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the form and you'll have saved the changes. Good luck!Rifletom wrote:Ahh, I see. Thanks CT_Shooter. Also, if I may; I see you are an Administrator. How do I put my location under my avatar[which I need to take care of]? Again, thanks.
