Seems like their was a better than average attempt at maintaining some sort of realism with the weapons (and other commonalities) for the period.
Unfortunately I lost interest shortly after season two started.

I found the links dedicated to the firearms used in the series while trying to find out if PT's Uberti .45LC Russian was used in it. I've seen that pistol somewhere before and that had me curious about where.
Thought the links showed some cool firearms, so chose to share.
