I had a relaxing late afternoon cleaning my BBB, and also got the Flitz on to the bronze extra good! The brass Henrys clean up just fine.
I had my first cold bottle of the Henry's Hard Soda (posted a picture on The Henry Orange Picture Thread). Went nicely with a turkey sandwich for supper. Pretty good-tasting evening beverage.
To finish up the BBB clean, just have to tighten the allen for the Skinner peep post. I noticed it loosened a little from my range time. Then will call it a day. Have a restful night.

They sure clean up nice. Do you have the same conundrum as I do? Pick it up and get finger prints on it? Or enjoy handling it to get the prints off?PT7 wrote:I had a relaxing late afternoon cleaning my BBB, and also got the Flitz on to the bronze extra good! The brass Henrys clean up just fine.![]()

Well, RR, I am the ultimate cleaning nut.
Whenever I handle my Henrys at home (not on the range), I usually wear those light cotton gloves. Yes, I know I'm overboard, but they do stay spic & span.

I have some shoe polishing mitts that I use. I can buff them out while fondling them.PT7 wrote:Well, RR, I am the ultimate cleaning nut.Whenever I handle my Henrys at home (not on the range), I usually wear those light cotton gloves. Yes, I know I'm overboard, but they do stay spic & span.

Tea time in my Wyoming mug. My wife was there a couple of years ago for an art workshop. I took a guiding and outfitting course there back in '83. Outside Jackson Hole. Stunningly beautiful.

I would say the same thing about your corner of the earth my friend. Stunningly beautiful.
Tonight, I found a different Canadian Whiskey. I'm trying to identify it's unique tones. It has a smokey, then sweet taste, followed by something I haven't been able to pinpoint.
Darn, if I don't get this nailed down, I may have to have another one.
