Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
It's been wet here this week. Seems like we never have enough rain or too much these days. Anyway right now it's79° with 93% humidity. On second cup of joe.

82 and muggy here, look like a small band of rain heading in,
Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Fixing to have a cup of double mocha now in the Henry Mug.
What blessed relief this morning. It's cloudy with a light rain, and I got up at 5:45am to 65* temp!! Can only say ahhh.
I got to sit outside on the patio and sorted out some .357 magnum between two ammo cans.
Sure was nice to breathe the coolness!

Rockford area recovering from 8 inches in three hours. The storms were weird as they where a horizontal line east to west, narrow, about 10 miles wide, and slow moving. Flooded a hospital, streets under water, many water rescues featured on the Weather Channel. No deaths, thankfully. And guess what ….it's raining. On my third cup. No fishing today.

Storm here too. Got woken up by lightening/thunder and bursts of big drop rain. A lightening strike on a power line a couple miles from here took out power for about 10,000 people. We weren't affected by the power outage. Ready for my 2nd cup of PGTips.

82° and 86% humidity this morning. At least the rain has stopped. We had 5 days of fairly heavy rain so now we're probably in for two weeks of dry weather if cycles are like they've been.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Temps have been in the 60's here for the last few weeks or so. Rain every week for a couple of days too. Great weather as far as I'm concerned. After last summer drought and fires, we love to see the rain.

Skipped the coffee and went straight for the beer! Anyway, it's way past morning now so I'll just say "Howdy" and let it go at that!

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Low 20's this morning, 8th consecutive morning below freezing, we will continue to get them until we see some cloud cover but at least the days are good with temps in the 50's.
Couldn't move my truck this morning as the brakes were frozen on after parking it wet from a few creek crossings last night.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
82° and 83% humidity. Going to the range this morning to sight in a Remington 700 .243. It hasn't been used in 11 years or so. I got it out of the closet, cleaned, and scoped with an older Redfield Tracker 3X9 40. I'll post how it goes.
Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Brief thunder/lightening/rain storm rolled through about midnight. Right now 58'F, sunny but mostly cloudy. High supposed to be near 70.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Scorching Summertime continues in the Northland!
Our weather report is simple -- "hot & hotter." We continue under a severe heat advisory.
At 11:30pm last night, it was 83* --- now it's 6am and it has "cooled down" to 79*.
Long-range forecast (next 10 days) predicts only one cool day --- at 88*; all other days in high 90s reaching to the century mark.
Today is predicted to be 99* real temp, and 110* heat index.
Heading to my nearby LGS around noon to pick up a long gun repair. My large, insulated travel mug will be filled with lemonade/tea, and as many ice cubes as I can get into it. Sounds really good after the above temperature reports!
