I really like your pictures RR. It's 85° here with 75% humidity at 9:15 a.m. I'm going to the range later today. I didn't go at all last week and am having withdrawals! I'm going to take the .223 and the "new" to me S&W 31. Anyway, it will be a tad bit hotter then but I've got to wait for a client to come by and pick up a tenor sax that was repaired for him. Hope everyone stays safe!

It's about 11:00 a.m. (getting a late start today) and the temp is 88°with 67% humidity. Humidity is a little lower today. We're supposed to get some heavy rains starting late Sunday through Monday. I guess I'd better get to the range before then!

Duplicate weather here in KCMO that both Vaquero (in TN) and Bugs (in SW FL) are having. Very hot and very humid.
Have either of you tried frying an egg on concrete?!? With such weather, seems like it might be a can do!

It has rained everyday for the last week but ended yesterday. Temps are still in the mid 50's but by next week we should be in the 80's.

10am, 60'F and cloudy. Been cloudy without rain for several days. Looks like per Sir Henry and RanchRoper the rain has stayed north of here. Going in for my 2nd cup of PGTips.

It was in the low 70's all night and there is a rumor we will head toward 100 today. Rare, but not unheard of. It was in the low 90's yesterday and you could wring the water from the air almost.

Coffee in the NRA mug this morning.

I hope all had a restful weekend and those who are, a good Father's Day.

Enjoy the day.

They called for rain all day yesterday... and it was overcast and looked crappy. We stayed home. Not a drop. I have been trying to keep my weight down, hard when you are restricted in your physical activities, but cut out most of the things fun to eat. Nine last night Miss T said, "It's Father's Day, let's run up and get ice cream. Once in a while won't kill you." :-) We got a hundred yards out of the drive and the rain finally started. Thirty minutes to the drive in, thirty minutes to order and eat a sundae, thirty minutes back. Raining. Pulled into the carport, the rain stopped. ;-) I kid you not.

Hot today, high humidity, but clear. Coffee in the stoneware mug.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

I finally figured out how to post from my phone. I did it once before and then forgot how. When I head to TX I should be able to post without using the laptop which is a hassle.

Today looks to be our 2nd day of summer. 59'F last night, supposed to get to 87'F by late afternoon. PGTips tea in 'Poppies on Blue' Lenox Chinastone cup (how embarrassing, think I'll get me a man cup).

Ah, some relief at last. After many days (weeks?) of very, very hot & humid weather with zero rain. today was most welcome. A cooler air front has moved in bringing rain (1/2" so far this afternoon) and lower temps. I just went to my mailbox, and was actually able to easily breathe outside in the 77* temp!!

The upper 70s and low 80s are predicted for about a week. Then we'll jump back into the 90s. But it is really nice at the moment! :D
