Early AM email chat with Anthony Imperato

In other posts on our Forum, I've written how much I appreciate the great Henry CS we get from Anthony Imperato and his people. Here is one more example of that.

Over the weekend I posted on our Forum what I thought was a cool thread, "She's Never Shot a Lever Action?" I really like this video. Later that day, I sent a short email to Anthony Imperato thanking him for that Henry TV video. I know he is most busy, so I said that he didn't need to answer my note.

I don't think he can help himself, because he is mega invested in keeping in touch with his customers and making sure they are satisfied folk. This morning he showed up in my email inbox. He said "...for your ongoing support and kind words. I certainly appreciate it." Then as usual he asked if Henry has sent to me and my wife any Henry comp items. I've gotten that question from Henry before.

It was a neat timing that ditchparrot just started the thread "Who has the most Henry apparel?" I answered that just for fun. Well, I decided to copy my apparel response to Pres. Imperato, and he immediately emailed back again this morning. Had to share this with everyone to again note how much I appreciate the off-the-charts customer care we get from Henry and its President.

This is good to hear. Shortly after I bought my Henry I emailed him (about some issue I now forgot) and I got a similar, quick response from him (at least I HOPE it was from him!)

I had an email chat with him when I was looking for my All Weather 45-70. They were hard to come by. But he asked me for my Dealers name and 30 days later I had a phone call with one. Al

I've had several email convos and one phone chat with him (for a piece I was working on for my local newspaper). All were very pleasant interactions.
