stiff joints and aching musles

Post by bandit1250 » Fri Apr 27, 2018 8:34 pm

I think every body has stiff joints and muscle aches as we get older. Some days worse than others. I told my wife we need to get in to some thing to loosen up a little. I though maybe we could try this that we saw on the internet. She said she didn't think that would be a good choice for us. :( So I guess we will keep looking for some thing else to try. ;) I thought it over and she is right in believing the side effects may be worse than the problems we have now.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ccp3G3idF5w

A fun video, Bandit, with some hoppin' music. :)
But I think I'm going to have to agree with your wife.

My back massage therapist probably could not rescue me from all the damage I would inflict on the 'ole body!!

That hurt just watching it and if those guys behind the table were judges, they looked like they needed some Advil and a nap.

You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

I think a bottle of wine and a hot tube sounds better.

I remember my older sis and her boyfriends would dance like that( she called it be-bop) in the basement. Lil sis and I would copy their moves until step dad ( a real you know what ) usually would yell at us to quit dancing to that " ni**er music ". Of course, big sis would get back into his face and us kids and boyfriends would "get the heck out of Dodge " as soon as we could. Late "50's, S.D., not a R&R station in the whole state. Had to listen to Chicago and Oklahoma City stations at night to get our music. Even a Canadian station at times. Some 100,000 watt monster in Manitoba, I believe it was.
