I had to go out to friends house for dinner but I left my computer on and the forum open.

We didn't set the record but we still have a great month and at the rate we are going will pass the old forum in about five months. I liked the old forum but always thought something like what happened would happen. Dave and I were made mods but we had limited power.
I'm hoping the owner will at least be happy that a Henry forum is going strong. He had the best intentions and I don't think this forum would be as successful as it is if the other forum had never been started.

While I am not very knowledgeable in how successful new start ups internet site are, I must say that I am very impressed with the path this one appears to be taking. Good job, and a very good site with members who actually care about getting this site up and running successfully. I really enjoy this site, even though I don't post a lot.

This has been a great experience, and I am sure that it will continue to be just that, into the future.

You don't have to post a lot to be wanted here. But do use the "like" button. It lets us know what people want. I've noticed the centerfire range reports often get twice the posts the rimfire range reports get. That was not the case with the old forum. It seems when we got this place going we drew more of the bigger bore crowd and reloaders.JWC wrote:While I am not very knowledgeable in how successful new start ups internet site are, I must say that I am very impressed with the path this one appears to be taking. Please, tell us what you want to see. Anyone. I want people to interact in a friendly place just as we have done for a month. I want anyone to be able to come here and look, learn and enjoy the site. The more we encourage the shooting sports, the better we can pass it on to others.

JMO, but I would think the growth and participation in the first month indicate just "keep on keeping on".daytime dave wrote:Please, tell us what you want to see. Anyone. Appears you are doing a lot of things right and I think we all appreciate that.
