Looks like a lot of fog. We are heading to the coast in the morning and expect to see the same white world.

32, overcast, breezy & dusting snow in Central Oregon!
Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
At noon 32f, cloudy, light NE breeze. Nice day, actually. It looks like the forecast snowstorm will be South of here, we're forecast to get an inch, with 12+ inches just a little way to the SE. I'll still plan on shoveling, though. That could change quick.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
What a great morning. Up early to drive both trucks to town so we could drop Tina's off for inspection, rotate and balance, and a third shot at the exhaust system. We have used these guys for twenty five years, rarely a problem.. this one is puzzling. They replaced the exhaust, catback. It has leaked, off and on, ever since. Twice now, they have repaced the gaskets, claiming they were faulty. Tina now thinks they might have damaged a flange during the initial repair. We told them to keep the truck til the got the problem fixed. We'll see.
Back home, coffee in the mugs, shop for me and farm tasks for miss T.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Temps in the 30's this week and 40's next week. Snow is melting fast but lots of ice around. Good to get some of the drifts gone. Tea in Henry mug today.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
Sitting here watching it not snow. The snowstorm is just to the South, with an extremely sharp gradient. Can't say I'm missing it, either.
Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
On my 3rd cup of coffee. Visibility is about 30 yards. Drifts are now about 3 feet deep. Central Nebraska is getting it good. Staying in today.
Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Melting fast around here today. My wife and I went to Calgary on Saturday and saw this movie. "Hostiles". Best new movie I've seen in years. Getting kinda sick of superheroes. If you like westerns, check it out.

Coffee in the mug and it rained hard here all night.
That does look like a very good movie, hope it's out on video, or amazon prime soon. We haven't been TO a movie around here in years. People just don't have any respect for others anymore, at least in our area.
I like Christian Bale and Wes Studi, but Ben Foster has been really good and everything we have seen him in... 3:10 to Yuma, Lone Survivor, and Hell or High Water, just to name a few. Thanks for the hint... we will watch for it.

14f and a bit breezy, with about 2+ inches of snow. Nothing compared to the foot that fell in Minneapolis/St. Paul. We'll take it.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
It's in the upper thirties outside and we are supposed to see mid fifties. Short cup of coffee for both of us in Orvis stoneware mugs this morning, leaving for "town" as soon as the school buses complete their morning runs. The big truck is ready.
Goodyear guys have inspected the Titan, rotated and balanced, and went with factory exhaust gaskets this time. My guy explained that the nissan gasket is a three piece metallic gasket. The aftermarket gasket is a fiber type material with a metallic core that has been failing. We should be Golden. Two hour round trip.

Re: Our mornin Coffee and Weather
It was a little below zero here this morning, but has warmed up to 28 so far, so things are looking up. Near 40 by Friday is forecast.
