I've shot muzzleloaders forever and live in NYS ( not the city) and it just seamed natural.

Re: How did you choose your forum name?
I was so thrilled with my first Henry, I started searching for all the info that I could find on my newly acquired magnificent work of art, when I stumbled upon this site. Of course I had to join right away. My Henry Steel .45colt is what led me here.

Thought it might be fun for those, if any who would care to respond.
Only know the real names of a few on the forum. I feel like you are all friends at this point.
There are some unusual usernames and I'm always wondering how they relate to the user. Mine is kind self explanatory. My name is Mark. My older sister and my 86 year old mother call me Markiver because I always go to them in times of household problems and usually I manage to get the job done to their amazement. ( usually no big deal ) however, that is how my UN was born. I will understand if any find this too personal....just thought it might be fun.

We peasants have lots of bullets...
As for me, standing in a mountain stream playing with fish is my idea of close to heaven.

Ranch roping is a low stress type of cattle handling sometimes involving some fancy loops to get stock roped for branding or treating in the big pastures. Finesse not speed. So there you go....

Re: User names
I don't remember for sure. I've used variations of it over time on the web elsewhere. Also, at the time I joined I was annoyed with the inner mag tube of my Henry. Could have been a combination of similar name use elsewhere influenced by the mag tube thing.
