Hello from Pennsylvania
Hello All, I've been a shooter/hunter for over half a century, mostly rimfire bench stuff lately
and enjoy the great outdoors immensely. Well after years of hankering for a goldenboy .22lr,
this past Black Friday, I bit the bullet, pulled the trigger, and hit the bullseye, and took the
coveted Henry Goldenboy home. No buyers remorse here, several hundred, rounds dispatched
from about a dozen mfgrs, nary a hiccup. Tang sight or scope will be a needed future addition.
Anyhow this long time lurker will keep ya,ll posted on what will be, Cordially, Mr Bill.

Re: Hello from Pennsylvania
Welcome to the forum Mr Bill. With the Golden Boy some people find it hard to scope because of the angle of the stock being so low. I bet it would look period with a tang sight. You might want to add a front globe sight too.

Aye that, stock angle is truly form over function. I know putting a scope on a lever is like a
coat on a dog, never really looks great but it's what called for.

Welcome from Central VA. We are like family here. Jump right in, post, share pics. We like pictures.
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.
I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.
