Funny, there are several "stars" that you'd never think are really bad azzes in real life.
Some were golden gloves boxers, some true fighters, some martial artists to stay in shape.

Look at John Cussack... remember Grosse Pointe Blank?
The scene in the school hallway, the hitman he fights is "Benny the Jet Urquidez" a world champion kickboxer, and John Cussack's instructor.

Keanu Reeves holds a number of black belts, and is an accomplished shooter. There is a cool video on YouTube of him doing some three gun training to polish his skills for the Wick series.

I know there are others, some of them female... I just can't remember their names. Anyone? Anyone?

I can't remember all the names BolM, but I've seen plenty. Jimi Hendrix was in airbourne till hurt on a fall, i think, James stewart was pretty bad in real life as was lee marvin. Henry Fonda won a bronze star. Chuck Heston served and looked like he could take care of himself.Ice T amd MC Hammer both served, and mel Brookes was at the battle of the bulge. Bill Cosby was a hopital corpsman in the Korean War, Kirk Douglas served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy (subs), Pat Sajak served in Vietnam, and Tony Bennet fought in France and Germany.

Drawing a blank right now, but many of the toughest were the "character actors"'; many of them as tough as they appeared on the screen.

Brian Keith was a Marine, and served as a Machine Gunner during the war before returning to acting. Here is a narrative of an event during his career. He was awarded an Air medal for his service in the Corps.

1941-1945 served with USMC - decorated with the Air Medal. "Brian was a Radio-Gunner in the rear cockpit of a two-man Douglass "Dauntless" (SDB) dive-bomber in a U.S. Marine squadron. During an attack on Rabaul, his plane was badly damaged by enemy ground fire. The pilot struggled to keep the plane in the air. Unable to keep up with the others, it fell behind. Two Japanese "Zero" fighters attacked the crippled plane from the rear. Both of Brian's machine guns jammed. He fired red tracer ammunition from his pistol. The Japs broke off the attack, but soon came again. Now completely out of ammunition, Brian reached for the Very pistol and fired a red rocket/flare at the fighters which immediately pulled up to figure out what that was. On the radio, Keith heard a New Zealand pilot saying, "Dont sweat it, Yank, I've got them surrounded up here!"


Funny, the kid who plays Jimmy on NCIS, the assistant to Doctor Mallard, is RIPPED. He has a 12 pack. One of the scenes in a later season Jimmy has to take off his shirt and Gibbs comments, "who'd have guessed the Autopsy Gremlin had a body like that?"

Most never make the connection but Doc Mallard played on The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Once, when Abby wondered aloud what Ducky looked like when he was young, Gibbs tells her, "Illya Kuryakin"
