A boel of lamb stew and a glass of Canadian Whiskey and water are fighting off the cold as soon as this post is finished.

I hope you had a good day.

evening beverage, unsweet iced tea .... after what seems like a long day, what more could someone want .. :? :? :? .. broke camp in the rain and returned home .... loaded up and hauled trash .... picked up grandson at his school .... took him to Karate class .... got him home, fed him and put him to bed ... now settled in with a John Wayne's edition of True Grit on TV and yep, the glass of unsweet tea

perfectly logical but in this case it refers to us having to pack-up our camper and head home from a campground .. .. honestly, I wish I had of been talking about a hunting camp .. ;)

An outstanding evening around wagon camp. Plenty of Buffalo Trace in our coffee cups.

Well I went to Denver today to buy a trailer to haul some ATV's. Went to the wifes daughters house and then to a local huge liquor store where I picked up some yup Whiskey..They had a store exclusive made for them from Kentucky. I liked the looks of the bottle and it was on sale. So I bought some. We also paid a visit to our favorite meat store Edwards where they carry nothing but prime meat. But the also carry Buffalo and wild game. I love Buffalo and picked up some Buffalo Bacon. Its a little pricey yes but I thought man I gotta try some. Bacon is just good. Tonight Kentucky whiskey on the rocks and yup buffalo bacon. Man is the buffalo bacon ever good. So is the whiskey. Al

Ward Rd and I-70. Just across the street from the truck stop to the south. Its worth the trip. Its a little more money but let me tell you there stuff is awesome. They have homemade meatballs frozen already cooked and I have not ever had any better. Buffalo of all kinds frozen patties fresh and the place is always busy. Rated pretty high by the Denver folks.Al

I hope your day was good. Why not tell us about it.

After work, I drove to my mothers house. She was worried her basement was flooded and frozen in the last melt, freeze. The damn newspaper headline was sitting on top of the literature pile. Of course it was bone dry and fine.
