Hi Folks,

I recently became interested in Henry Firearms while searching for a new rifle. I found your site and appreciate all the great information that is available here. I am considering the 357 Magnum and the 44 Magnum for my next rifle, so I will be looking for your comments on both rifles. I am looking forward to learning!

Welcome to the forum from CT, Bodark. You'll get your answers. There are several very knowledgeable and helpful members to help. Glad you joined the conversation.

I own a Henry BBB in .357 and it is a pure joy to shoot. I put a Skinner peep sight on the receiver, but others have added scopes to their's. I'm sure you'll get some good advice. You're going to love your new Henry(s)!

welcome indeed, happy to have you join us .... we have both a 357 & 44 .... I already had a Ruger Redhawk 44 mag so I chose a matching Henry .... our son owns a Ruger GP100 357 so he chose the same caliber Henry .... both are accurate, have smooth actions and are fun to shoot .... both can accommodate a wide range of ammo .... both are effective hunters and target shooters

Welcome from Ojai California. I have a special place in my heart for Arkansas. I visit family in Mountain Home alot.
I have a Brass Big Boy in 357 and couldn't be happier with it. Power and accurate it can launch a 180gr bullet 200 meters to knock down full size Rams Silhouettt.

I shoot 45s out of a 2 inch case in another gun.

I have a 357 Brass Big Boy and have had it quite a while. It puts a smile on my face everytime I shoot it. But you cant own just one Henry so just get both calibers then no decision is needed. Welcome from Colorado.

Howdy! From Sugar Land, TX. Glad you could join us! Let us know how your Henry shoots! I'm leaning towards the .41 mag for my next Henry.
