Looks good. Great attention to detail.
I have been invited to join the Steele Scouts here in Alberta. They go back to the NWMP as well and were a militia cavalry troop. The troop does lots of parades and is a part of the Calgary Stampede each year as well. Thinking about it, might attend their meeting in January and discuss with them.

RR, Thanks, I'm trying to do my portrayal with honor and respect to the NWMP, RNWMP, and RCMP. Joining the Steele Scouts sounds like an honor. I probably would not have to think hard on it.

I love your sled . I made my cart to hold 3 long guns and 2 pistol in holster attached cart . The box on the bottom hold a ton or ammo and also works as a seat . The wheels are push button on and off . I made that around 20 years ago for SASS matches to move to different stages .The big wheels roll over every easy .

I sure hope it slides okay when loaded because it has classic lines to it.

I real love your uniform . If you decide to do Cowboy action shooting that would make a SUPER SASS or CAS uniform and with your sled I think you would 1st prize for best dressed ...
You could put wheels on it like mine to pop on or off in 5 seconds if you need wheels to keep your sled outstanding look...

Great idea about removing the wheels.
