Curly Bill RIP

Post by RanchRoper » Fri Aug 25, 2017 11:23 pm

I just found out that Powers Boothe passed away a couple of months ago. Maybe somebody posted it here but I missed it. Cy Tolliver in Deadwood and of course Curly Bill in Tombstone.

One of Tombstone's great lines in only two words:

"Well ... bye."

I have always liked him. He had a great role in Red Dawn too.
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

He was an actor with a lot of stage presence.

Sad to see him go, for sure. Fine actor. Loved him in so many roles he played.

He was a fine actor, and he always had a twinkle in his eye that made you wonder what was coming next. ;)
