Chow Chow
today wife made a run of Chow Chow from a recently found recipe of my father's sister .... for those who may not know, http://www.armadillopeppers.com/Chow-Chow_Relish.html .... we plan to make trip to Western NC and back on Friday to visit my Mom in her retirement .... we have a lunch date with some cousins who are really looking forward to tasting our Aunt's Chow Chow again .... sure hope it turned out OK
