I will watch for Vernor's and try it if I can find some.
Busy day, tea time soon. My wife and I are into "Better Call Saul" on AMC.

I watched the baseball game between the Orioles and the Red Sox, the Orioles won 9 to 7 and are now 6 and 0 for the season. Took the chihuahua for a walk, she gets all excited when she sees the leash, and tonight I took my wife to her "stop smoking" class at the hospital. I drop her off at 6:30 and pick her up at 7:45. It is only 7 minutes away. Handy in an emergency!

Did a lot of shopping today, then went to my grandson's confirmation tonight and a party afterwards. Now I am watching "The Americans", one of my favorite shows, on FX and having a beer.

Tea time and relax, same as last night. Snowfall warning for tonight in the foothills where we live. But then up to high 70's next week. Mountain weather changes so fast.

Just hung the new scabbard on my saddle. Fits great. Time for tea, and wind down. Horses are itching to get out of the pen, off hay and out on grass. Nice time of year with everything growing and starting over.

Ps...where is everybody today? Forum pretty quiet all day.

With Spring comes washing widows and screens, cutting grass and edging and trimming shrubs. Did all that today, now time for a Budweiser.

We are not quite that far along yet, cutting grass is a couple of weeks away. Time to get the tractor out soon.

We went to the range on Saturday evening.

I shot the Savage Rascal bolt action rifle (22lr) for a bit.

My back has been sore for almost a week now. My sleep patterns are messed up too.

My sleep pattern was messed up until I discovered martinis.

Now I sleep fine. I'm having one now, off to bed soon.

Felt a bit chilly this evening so I made a mug of hot cocoa with a splash of Baily's and a nip of bourbon. That and a stack of graham crackers will end my day.
Load on Sunday and Shoot all Week.......okay it's a Mare's Leg I will reload on Wednesday. ;)

Pretty good day, nice and warm here by mid afternoon, 72*. Walked the dog and watched the NASCAR race, glad that Carl Edwards won. Now I am watching the game between the Giants and the Dodgers, having a Diet Pepsi.

The day was quiet and restful. Since the weather/temp was so mild, had the patio door open all afternoon, and enjoyed the fresh air and wind chimes. Earlier in the morning we heard the mellow, softly drawn-out calls of mourning doves, which sound like laments. Most enjoyable start to this Sunday.

Right now, it is getting late. I ate only a light lunch early afternoon today. So I'm hungry now, and am having a small plate of nachos. Along with this snack is my evening beverage of sparkling ICE, classic lemonade flavor. Nicely refreshing!

Have a good evening.

I'm having a Manhattan in celebration of our one month anniversary. One month ago I nuked the site and started over. It took life and I've since learned a lot of things about websites and what makes them tick. I hope you all enjoy the site and each others company.

Did some yard work today and planted some grass seed where the brown spots were on the lawn and finished putting the screens back in. I think I'll forego the hard stuff tonight, I have a touch of bronchitis and I started on an antibiotic yesterday. I should feel better in a couple of days. That Z-PACK antibiotic usually works good for me.
