Hot again. Tea time. Here's an oil painting my wife did yesterday from a photo she took of some buffalo.

RR, your wife has a remarkable talent. Has she had any/many exhibitions of her work? If she hasn't, then she definitely should have. ;)

She has been commissioned to do some for people: pets etc. Also been to the art auction at Calgary Stampede for last several years. Thank you for the kind words. I'll let her know.

I was enjoying the 72° weather today by visiting an antiques fair with my brother. We quickly learned to keep moving, because my brother attracted a few bids every time he stopped to have a look at something. ;)

Today day is a sunny day about 72 right now in the Bay Area.

I was wondering if anybody found out what happened to Dutch?

Very talented Work RR. Your wife gives us all a greater appreciation of true artists efforts.

It is a cool and sprinkling day in Denver. I spent the morning putting new brakes on my truck.

God bless you, wherever you are, Dutch.

Beautiful morning Here in Southern Ontario. Sittin' in the gazebo with my girl sipping on some kickass coffee (seriously, that's the name...good coffee). 75 degrees, sunny, and perfectly calm...sounds like a good time to sight in the new .17HMR. What a fun little cartridge. Good day to all.

Another hot day. Haven't cut my grass since early June. Everything is baked a nice brown.
Might go to range again later. Tea in Henry mug. Have a good one.

It will be 80 or so here today. I'm having coffee in my Mary Lou's news mug.
Yesterday, I came home to bad news. Momma said that my cherished Corningware percolator took a header off the dish pile and smashed on the floor. A goner. I checked ebay for a replacement. $50.oo for a replacement. I will keep looking. It might be time to get a vacuum pot.

I hope your day is good.

It is around 65° here today, and fairly clear earlier on but it's turning into a rainy afternoon/evening by the look of things.

60's going to the 80's. It should rain or thunderstorm, or both. I'm having coffee in the Endowment mug.
I hope you all have a good day.

Ditto.

July was one of the wettest for many years. August is already heading in that direction.

Our July was pretty wet as well. I'm glad you are getting the rain you needed RR.

We are having 70s going to the 80s. Today I'm having coffee in a cup and saucer. In my new to me Stangl pottery. Thistle pattern. I picked it up over the weekend with a set of Syracuse China. Both sets are almost complete. The Stangl is really neat. New dishware for camp.
It has been a while since I had coffee in a cup and saucer. A lot less coffee than my mugs.
