"Good News" CS report --- A+ grade for Southwest pilot

Post by PT7 » Sat May 06, 2017 4:54 pm

Several times each week I read the "good news" reports attached to my news app. This short article and video came from HuffPost today. My wife and I (now our daughters) often fly Southwest Airlines, because KCMO and Chicago are both main hubs. Very convenient for all of us, and have always liked their flights.

This was a really "warm fuzzy" for the woman who received the recognition from the pilot (BTW, former Air Force) of her flight. Enjoy.

That's the type of person we should admire and respect. He served our country and then served all of us. A very humble gesture by a true gentleman. Way to go!

Not to take away from it, but the passenger didn't look too appreciative.
