base board trim

Post by bandit1250 » Sat Mar 25, 2017 8:44 pm

I was going to put the trim back down around the base board now the wood has been put on the walls and the base is all back up. I thought I would like to have something different at least for a while just for a change. I thought I would try this and see if we like it before trying something else. I think I might like it and it is easy to put down. It is not fastened yet so I can remove it if I decide to take it up. If the wife likes it I will leave it there. She wants to keep the used worn look to the floors so that makes it easy for me. Picture of the rope used for the trim around the base board.

Nice idea. Ties in the worn floors if you ask me, which you kind of did, lol.
